I assumed a revered guest like myself would receive special treatment, but alas, I was wrong. The hot water could scald an elephant, and the lack of extra bedding was just plain rude. Not to mention, a complimentary upgrade would have been a nice touch. Just couldn't bring myself to give a good review.

Convenient and unbeatable position, I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this place.
i came here for 1 night and had a such wonderful stay. the hotel was located very close to the park and other recreational areas. all the staff was helpful, settled my issues.

Had a great stay! The Junior Suite is super clean, and the staff, especially Tonette at the front desk, made everything so easy. Just wish they had a few more parking spots for all the guests! A fantastic experience.

the hotel was an ideal place for enjoying a busy area, near to other shops, and the mall and the seaport. the room was perfectly clean and cozy with kitchen, we had a good rest. the staff was helpful and respectful and catered to our every need.

The staff showed really good hospitality, upgrading our room at no extra cost. They provided everything we requested promptly, including an iron and extra towels. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a fine mountain view that enhanced our stay.
The parking situation can be a bit challenging during peak times.

We really enjoyed the spacious room with a full kitchenette, made meal prep with our three kids easy. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our family, and the proximity to the SM mall was super convenient for shopping and kids' activities.
In my wife's opinion, a few extra comforters would really help with the nighttime chill.

The junior suite was super clean, made for a comfortable night's sleep. The friendly staff were particularly accommodating, helping with everything i needed. Plus, it's super close to the sm mall. Guests can also indulge in relaxing massage services, a great perk!

The Beautiful Apartment had a kitchen that was a game changer-cooked meals instead of takeout saved us a lot. The cozy bed and prime location near cafes and the mall. Plus, the staff was accommodating and genuinely friendly.

Comfy room with a kitchen to cook in. 🍳 the bathroom had a shower, hairdryer, and bidet, which were super convenient. the best part was how centrally located it was; it was above and beyond perfect!.
